Contact masking

Email, phone, and exact addresses are hidden from both sides until a Host confirms a Vendor or a Host acknowledges a Sponsor's terms. This applies to messaging threads, event records, and notifications.

Vendor compliance visibility

Vendor compliance is surfaced as reported: approved, under review, needs renewal, or expired. Yu-Mee does not guarantee licensing or insurance — Hosts make the final decision.

Booking Terms Snapshots

Every confirmed booking and sponsorship captures an immutable snapshot of terms at the time of agreement. Snapshots are not edited; change requests are tracked separately.

Reporting issues

Hosts, Vendors, and Sponsors can escalate any thread or record to Yu-Mee Support directly from the inbox or record page. Support tickets carry the linked event or booking context automatically. You can also email support@yu-mee.com.
