1. Acceptance
By creating a Yu-Mee account you agree to these placeholder terms for the duration of the Phase 1 preview.
2. Marketplace role
Yu-Mee is an event marketplace and facilitation platform. Yu-Mee helps coordinate marketplace workflows, records, messaging, sponsor terms, reviews, and compliance visibility. Yu-Mee is not the event operator, employer, caterer, food operator, or direct service provider, and does not guarantee Vendor compliance or sponsor outcomes.
3. Vendor compliance visibility
Yu-Mee surfaces vendor compliance status as reported. Yu-Mee does not guarantee that any vendor is licensed, insured, or otherwise compliant.
4. Fees
Yu-Mee charges a Host Service Fee on top of the event subtotal and a Vendor Platform Fee that is deducted from the Vendor payout. Hosts see their full total before confirmation and Vendors see their estimated payout before accepting. Exact rates are shown inside the app.
