Verified Host is designed for businesses, properties, community groups, and event professionals who host events and want access to sponsorship opportunities. Verified Host is application-based and includes Host event tools, Direct Vendor Requests, Vendor Board posting, Sponsor eligibility review, and Sponsorship Terms visibility when applicable.

Two ways to book Vendors

Create your event once, then choose the path that fits your needs.

Path A

Request a specific Vendor

Browse Vendor profiles, choose Menu / Services items, and send a Direct Booking Request. The Vendor can accept availability, decline, or request changes. You confirm before the booking is created.

Path B

Post to Vendor Board

Post your event details, budget, location, and service needs. Eligible Vendors submit availability/offers, and you choose who to confirm.

Want sponsor support? Verified Hosts can opt eligible events into the Sponsor Board so Sponsors can contribute through clear terms.
