Be respectful in messaging
All in-app messages should be professional and event-related. Harassment, discrimination, and off-platform solicitation are not allowed.
Keep transactions on Yu-Mee
Vendors and Sponsors should not route payments off-platform before a booking is confirmed. Doing so removes Trust & Safety protections and the Booking Terms Snapshot.
Honor confirmed bookings
Once a booking is confirmed, both parties are expected to follow through. Changes should go through the Change Request flow so the record stays accurate.
Honest compliance reporting
Vendors must keep compliance documents accurate. Misrepresenting compliance status can result in suspension.
